Ideas For Good Investments


This article is for people that can, or cannot 'Think Outside The Box'. People that know there are ways to increase their retirement funds, but don't know how.
Investing in Trade Platforms, such as funds, stocks, commodities, bonds, futures, Forex, gold, oil, etc, are great options if you understand what is happening.
I am a Real Estate Investor by trade so I am biased when it comes to investing my money for retirement, I believe Real Estate is the safest vehicle, if due diligence is done correctly. Like Mark Twain said 'Land, they are not making it anymore,' and people have to live somewhere.
Which brings me to the point of this article: Real estate investors typically have certain information others don't. You as an informed real estate investor started buying properties to accomplish two objectives.

1. To produce more monthly cash flow.
2. And, increase your net worth.
I am going to show you how to sell your property at a discount and receive more monthly passive income than owning $1,000,000 worth of income producing properties. Can't be done I hear you say, follow me and imagine....
You own 10 rental properties. Each has a market value of $100,000 and all ten are paid off, no mortgages or loans.
1. You have a monthly cash flow of $10,000 (10 houses at $1000 a month rental income)
2. Your equity in the properties totals $1,000,000
You have heard about a private placement program that pays account holders 6% a month on cash funds they keep on deposit in their own account. You learned this from another investor, that is following this program. But you think 'this sounds too good to be true', well maybe you should say 'this sounds too good to be true, maybe I don't know the whole story' so you listen to the whole story.You learned you could sell all your properties for $600,000 (60% of value) and still have a cash flow more every month. Do you find it hard to believe? You, too, can learn the whole story, the secrets the banks already know.
Learn how banks make money on client deposits and learn that you can do the same and make more money on your own cash deposits. This is how to increase your cash flow, and your net worth by selling your properties for less. Thousands of others are earning 6% a month (that is not a typo) on their cash on deposit. Why not you?
I am using the example above, simplified for demonstration purposes;
Full Value of the properties =
$1,000,000
$10,000 x 12 months = $120,000 cash flow from rental income
Sell the properties at a discounted cash price =
$600,000 x
6% per month =
$36,000 x 12 months = $432,000 cash flow from cash on deposit.
Within the first year you have increased your networth, much more than if you had kept the properties AND you don't have the headaches of having tenants, just sit back and watch the income come in.
Remember; If it sounds too good to be true - you probably don't know the whole story.
